PTE Prepration

PTE (Pearson Test of English,) a computer-based English proficiency test developed by Pearson. It's widely recognized by universities and organizations globally as a way to assess English language skills for international education, immigration, and employment.

  1. PTE Academic: This is the most widely recognized version for academic purposes. It assesses all four English skills (speaking, writing, reading, and listening).
  2. PTE Core: This version is designed for Canadian immigration and citizenship applications and is specifically accepted by the IRCC.
  3. UK Visa Tests: This includes PTE Home and PTE Academic UKVI. These are for different types of UK visas, such as for work, family, or settlement.
The PTE Academic test assesses English proficiency through four integrated modules: Speaking & Writing, Reading, and Listening. In the Speaking & Writing section (54–67 minutes), tasks include Read Aloud, Repeat Sentence, Describe Image, Re-tell Lecture, Answer Short Questions, Summarize Written Text, and Essay Writing. The Reading section (29–30 minutes) tests comprehension through Fill in the Blanks, Re-order Paragraphs, and Multiple Choice questions. The Listening section (30–43 minutes) evaluates understanding of spoken English via Summarize Spoken Text, Write from Dictation, and other tasks like Highlight Incorrect Words. Scoring ranges from 10 to 90 for each skill, and the test is AI-evaluated to ensure fairness and consistency.
